Echo Valley Irrigation was founded in 1986 by Andre Dickner in Fort Qu’appelle, SK. The irrigation world was flourishing and new technology was being introduced steadily. It was the drive for implementing the best and most cutting edge systems that would end up being a main staple for E.V.I. The intricacies of Hydraulics and Pump stations naturally drew him in. He would eventually begin designing and manufacturing pump stations. This was a perfect compliment to the design and installation of irrigation systems that had already progressed significantly. Andre would also go on to earn the titles of Certified Irrigation Designer and Certified Golf Course Irrigation Auditor.

In 2005 the company moved to Edmonton, AB, where it now makes it’s home office. The thriving province, itself a leader in technology and development, would provide a strong plateau for the vision of E.V.I, a vision that is characterized by a drive for excellence. In 2014, continuing its drive forward, EVI opened a new branch office in Kamloops, BC, allowing it to better serve it’s BC customers.

Since then, the company has grown and matured to a point where its experience is matched only by its versatility. E.V.I completes a number of irrigation projects annually in both Commercial and Golf Course markets. It has the capacity to install new systems as well as renovate existing systems.

Utilizing such equipment as Vibratory Plows, Trenchers and Directional Drills, it seems that there is no irrigation project that is outside of E.V.I’.s capabilities.
