PUMP STATIONS
EVI manufactures a variety of different types of pumping stations. We have installed pump stations for golf courses, municipal water supplies, urban irrigation projects, and various others as well. We can design and manufacture anything from a basic conventional system to a top of the line pressure regulated VFD system. Our staff consists of pump specialists, CAD technicians, electrical engineers, certified welders, and irrigation specialists. We can design a pump station for any type of water supply from a centrifugal or underwater system for a pond or dugout, to a vertical turbine or submersible turbine for a shallow or deep well application. We custom build our own manifolds and skids to your specifications. We can also build a control system to suit any application and any requirements, from the most basic to the most user friendly with PLC control and touch-screen interface. We can also integrate any number of different features into our systems, including flowmeters, ultrasonic depth sensors, and vibration sensors.
Our pump stations are built by the most highly qualified individuals. Our skids are designed in CAD, and assembled and painted by certified personnel in our own shop. Our control systems are designed, fabricated, and commissioned by electrical engineers. As well, every one of our panels is built with CSA approved components and itself receives CSA approval. We have spent years perfecting the operation of our pump stations, using input from engineers, golf course builders and architects, superintendents, and irrigation specialists. This means that our customers are receiving a system that is easy to operate, low maintenance and gentle on piping systems.
We can offer the following pump stations:
- Vertical, submersible or centrifugal pump stations mounted on a skid
- Submersible pump station using submersible pumps
- Upgrades to any existing system
- Horsepower ranging from 1 HP to 200 HP
We have worked on the following applications:
